A Reader Can Be a Leader

Since elementary, I already have great love for books. World History and Science books fascinate me so much because I am very much interested about discoveries and innovations.
Reading is one of my favorite recreations. And as I ‘m growing older, my love for books becomes greater. During college, I economize my food and allowance in order to save money for books. I started collecting books during my first year in college. Some of my favorites are, “The Friendship Factor”, “You Can Reach the Top” and “Be All You Can Be”. These books awakened my intellect and helped me become more matured.
Moreover, there’s a notion that says “Today a reader, tomorrow a leader”. And I agree with that because when you read, you gain information and ideas. If you impart those information, you can influence people in a positive way. And that’s what leadership is.
I therefore conclude that the more we read, the more information we’ll have and the more power we’ll have in leading.
